Marc Meskin – President

team-meskinMarc Meskin is a Co-Owner of Diversified Transportation Services along with his partner, Robby Thone. The vision that Marc and Robby put together over 30 years ago has been a great success in meeting the needs of its clients. He has been the President of Diversified Transportation Services since its inception in 1990. As President Marc provides corporate oversight and strategic guidance for the company ensuring that our core focus of meeting our client’s needs are met. Marc also is co-owner of 3PL Systems Inc, which is a web enabled platform used by hundreds of other 3PLs around the country. His entrepreneurial skill set has allowed him to grow from when he initially started in transportation with Roadway Express 1980-1984, then onto McLean Trucking in 1985 and finally Old Dominion Freight Lines 1985-1990. He held various management roles at each company and thus provided the thought for a 3PL that focused on the client’s needs. He holds a MBA from California State University as well as a B.S. in Business Economics from State University, New York.

Robby Thone – Senior Vice President

team-thoneRobby Thone is the other Co-Owner of Diversified Transportation Services as he along with Marc Meskin developed the strategic plan for DTS and how it would serve its clients. Since the inception of DTS in 1990 Robby has played an integral role in expanding and developing the company to where it is today – a creative value based organization driven to exceeding the needs of its clients. Robby is also a co-owner of 3PL Systems Inc. which is a web enabled platform used by hundreds of other 3PLs around the country. Prior to starting DTS Robby worked for other LTL transportation providers as well as starting Transportation Management Associates which he later sold. In addition, Robby also has been a Real Estate Broker since 1975, thus providing the roots for his sales and entrepreneurial mindset. His major at California State was business with a focus on marketing which in turn provided him the start of his many business ventures.

Michael Doyle – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

team-doyleMichael Doyle has been with Diversified Transportation Services since 2009 and has 27 years of experience in logistics. He started his logistics career with ABF Freight in 1993 and held various roles such as Senior Account Executive, Operations Manager, Terminal Manager, District Sales Manager and Branch Manager throughout the east coast. He then joined Daylight Transport as a Regional Sales Manager from 2006-2009. He joined DTS in 2009 as a Sales Consultant and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2011, then to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His responsibilities include sales management, carrier development, recruiting, marketing and developing the DTS brand along with implementing technology to achieve our clients ever changing needs. His extensive experience in project management with various clients over the years provides him the ability to help work out a solutions based process to meet the needs of our clients as well. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science Management.

Richard W. Greenbaum, Esq., General Counsel

team-greenbaumRichard W. Greenbaum has been a practicing attorney in California since 1980, having received the Degree of Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Prior thereto, Mr. Greenbaum earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Greenbaum spent many years working in, and becoming a partner of, the Los Angeles office of a large multi-office national law firm. Thereafter, he co-founded a smaller firm, where he worked closely with clients in a variety of businesses, many of whom are in the transportation industry, and in 2005, he created Richard W. Greenbaum, PC, to continue this representation. In 2008, Mr. Greenbaum became Diversified Transportation Services’ General Counsel. In addition, Mr. Greenbaum was instrumental in the implementation and development of the company’s Trade Show Division.

Rickie Krantz – Director of Branch Administration/Branch Manager – Torrance

Rickie Krantz is the Branch Manager of our corporate office and has been with Diversified Transportation Services since 1999. She provides corporate oversight for our operations team, Quality Assurance team, AR, AP as well as Human Resources. Her attention to detail has helped shape our companies processes into what they are today. Prior to joining the DTS team she worked at Nationsway from 1979 to 1999 as the office manager.

Carrie Brady – Director of Branch Operations

team-bradyCarrie has been promoted to Director of Branch Operations in 2015 for the entire organization based on her skill set and dedication to ensuring our team continually works to meet our client’s needs. Carrie Brady has over 15 years of experience in logistics management, project management and customer service. Carrie and her team have been instrumental in helping our clients manage the logistics requests from pick up to delivery with one phone call. Her ability in meeting the client’s needs and finding solutions is second to none. Prior to her role as the Branch Manager in Washington DC she was the Branch Manager in our Murrieta, CA. office and did training for new Client Services team members improving the processes that were in place at that time. Carrie’s specialties include LTL, volume shipments and specialized services such as expedited, trade show, container drayage and hot shot delivery service.

Michael Meskin – Inside Sales – Trade Show Manager

Michael Meskin has been with DTS for the past 7 years and has been involved in our core logistics business taking care of clients needs as it relates to the various modes of transportation that we offer.  He has since been promoted to trade show manager in 2019.  With his Trade show knowledge and expertise he will get your trade show material to and from your shows on time and hassle free!

Josh Mintz – Branch Manager – Montana

Josh Mintz has been with Diversified Transportation Services since 1998. He started out in the operations department and then became a Sales Consultant in 2000. Josh has over 22 years of experience working in the Bakery logistics vertical. In 2007, he was instrumental in the startup of the Montana office. He provides corporate training for both Sales and Operations personnel in his office as well. His goal is to make sure our clients shipments are handled by the most efficient and cost effective means available. In addition to keeping the clients update with their shipments, his responsibilities include office management, sales consultation, problem solving, and handling of expedited deliveries and claims.

Monica DiGiuro – Branch Manager – Murrieta

Monica DiGiuro has been with Diversified Transportation Services for 16 years and is our Branch Manager in our Murrieta CA. office. In 2004 she started out in our operations department in Murrieta, CA and helped to improve our system in meeting our client’s needs. As the Branch Manager her goal is to continue to train our Client Services team and provide the solutions that our clients request from us on a daily basis.

Tami Potvin – Accounting Supervisor

Tami Potvin has been with DTS since 1998. She is responsible for our accounts payable team as well as our corporate accounting. She started out in our A/P department processing carrier invoices and then moved to a supervisor role. She was then handling all A/P and A/R functions for DTS and in 2008 she was promoted to her current role providing corporate oversight for all accounting functions.
