The cost is zero so you don’t have any large capital expenditures unless you want to open up your own agency.
How long does it take to get set up with DTS?
We can get you up and running in less than a week once you are approved to join our team.
What if I only have experience in LTL, can I still work with DTS?
While LTL is a large piece of business, we have Sales Consultants that focus strictly on Truckload, Volume, Expedited or Tradeshow logistics.
What does a typical Sales Consultant make with DTS?
Many make in excess of $100k a year, but it varies based on each individuals motivation and goals. Since this is a commission based position, it truly is up to each individual as to how much money they make. Many of our SC’s make a very good living at doing exactly what they like, selling solution based logistics to their clients.
Do I have to live in a large city to thrive at DTS?
You do not have to live in a large city as you can work from anywhere in the U.S. Of course working in a large city makes it easier to grow your business with direct contacts face to face versus over the phone.
Is it possible to do most of my business over the phone if my clients are not near my geographic location?
Yes. As a matter of fact a large part of our industry does business by phone on a regular basis. Of course having face to face meetings is always beneficial as well so a good mix of both typically yields a positive result.
